So you’re joining us as the TFA goes on Tour to Arsenal’s - The Emirates Stadium. Congratulations! You’re in for a treat as we Journey into Emirates Stadium and go on an all access behind-the-scenes tour like never before!

But before we go you may be wondering about some of the minor details. If so, please see information relating to the day below:

TFA On Tour Schedule

Tour Date: 14th August 2024

Leaving Time: 8:45AM

Location: St Mary’s Church, Barton, Oxford, OX3 9EY.

Please try to arrive in a timely manner at St. Mary’s Church. We have to check in on arrival and have some health & safety protocols to follow to ensure all children are safe & prepared for the day.

Tour / Day Plan:

After leaving Oxford, our aim will be to arrive at The Emirate’s Stadium at approx. Midday. We will then have our lunch at a suitable location outside the stadium where we can take some photos etc. before entering for our tour.

Our tour will then last for about 2hours before we leave and proceed back towards Hyde Park. Weather and time permitting we would then like to possibly spend some time in Hyde park, play a friendly game of football, possibly get an Ice Cream before catching the Oxford Tube back.

Arrival Time: 6:30PM

Our aim is to be back in Oxford at 6.30pm, however we will endeavour to keep all parents / guardians as informed as possibly.

If parents could please collect all children from the same location as drop off that would be very much appreciated.

What To Bring On The Day

Please ensure all children coming on the TFA On Tour Trip bring the following with them:

  • Suitable Clothing / Footwear (Weather Dependant)
  • A Packed Lunch / Food / Snacks for the day
  • Plenty of Refreshments / Water Bottle
  • Any Medication Needed (Please make TFA Coaches aware before the day of the event if this is necessary)

If your child is bringing any other personal belongings (headphones, mobile device etc.) Our Coaches / Volunteers will always help ensure everything is looked as much as possible, however we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please only bring necessary items with you.
